Hotel chains see potential in startup RoomChecking

EUROPE Astotel Group, Maurice Hurand Hotels and BPI have invested a seed capital of EUR 750,000 in, a hotel communications, housekeeping and maintenance system startup, reports ehotelier.com.

Founded in 2013 as a project between Jonathan Wiezman, Aaron Marz and Emile Lugassy, RoomChecking aims to improve workflows in hotel maintenance and housekeeping. The company has already received assistance from Microsoft Ventures Paris and has a dedicated customer base of over 150 hotels.
