Kopernik Office Builldings now green
The Kopernik Office Buildings complex comprises five buildings with a total of over 22,000 sqm
POLAND Warsaw’s Kopernik Office Buildings complex has received a BREEAM In-Use certificate with ‘Very Good’ ratings in both the asset performance and building management categories.

The audit, which was commissioned by the property’s manager Cushman & Wakefield, was conducted by Go4Energy. The Kopernik Office Buildings complex comprises five buildings with a total of over 22,000 sqm connected to each other by a five-storey car park with 765 spaces and is located in Warsaw’s Włochy district.

Piotr Zatorski, a senior property manager at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Last year we successfully upgraded the LED lighting system in the common areas and we are now replacing traditional boilers with more efficient condensers. Receiving a BREEAM In-Use certificate with a ‘Very Good’ rating is clear evidence that property management solutions implemented by Cushman & Wakefield have a positive impact on the standard and quality of an occupier’s working environment.”
