Rafał Ostrowski has over 17 years’ experience as a journalist. Before joining ‘Eurobuild CEE’ five years ago, he wrote for Wydawnictwo Murator and Shopping Centre Magazine, as well as for retailnet.pl. He has also written for many newspapers and magazines as a freelancer and prepared photo-reportages. Rafał graduated from the University of Warsaw in philosophy. He also completed postgraduate studies in text editing. For ‘Eurobuild CEE’ he covers most real estate sectors, including logistics, construction, office, residential and retail. He is also in charge of the film direction for Eurobuild TV.

Romania comes to Poland
Nissa has sixteen stores in Romania

POLAND Romanian fashion brand Nissa is planning to open an 86 sqm store in Warsaw’s Arkadia shopping centre soon.

This will be the first store of the chain in Poland. Colliers International represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Nissa offers women’s clothes, bags, shoes and accessories. It opened its first store in 2002, and since then the brand has opened 16 stores across Romania and expanded through Europe and the Middle East through distributors and agents. NISSA is also growing in popularity online, having increased its internet sales by over 50 pct every year for the past three years.
