Vector + aims for BREEAM

27 July 2017

POLAND City Level has started the BREEAM certification of its Vector+ office project which is being developed in Warsaw’s Wola district. The building is aiming for a rating of ‘Very Good’ New Construction category.

Vector+, which will offer a gla of 13,500 sqm, is being developed at the junction of al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia and ul. Obozowa, near the Warszawa-Obozowa railway station which is also under construction. The building will feature a rainwater collection system from its green roof as well as a number of energy efficient features. The finishing work will include elements that enhance the durability of the building and construction work has been carried out in such a manner so as to minimise its environmental impact. BREEAM International and In Use Assessor, Jerzy Wójcik, the owner of JW+A is the auditor for the certification process. “The building’s high working environment standard results natural lighting, high acoustic comfort and the air filtration, which promotes a healthy workplace,’ he says.

The building will also have a 600 sqm outdoor patio as well as a restaurant and a garden with a green terrace between the two towers of the project.

City Level, which is part of the Profbud group, is the investor behind Vector+, and the general contractor is Malbud1. Colliers International is the exclusive leasing agent. The architectural design is by JSK Architekci and the building is to be opened at around the end of 2018 and early 2019.
