“The property in the Kaunas FEZ is a perfect fit to the fund’s investment strategy. It is also our first acquisition in Lithuania and the fund’s first logistical real estate property in our portfolio,“ said Viljar Arakas, a fund manager at Eften. Built in 2007, the property has long-term tenants that include Itella Logistics, Šviesa, Baltic Transline and Dubingiai. The centre also has parking for 230 vehicles. The transaction price is not to be disclosed under the terms of the contract, which was brokered by Newsec.
