Topping off at Bulwary Książęce
POLAND The Bulwary Książęce building being developed by Bpi Polska on ul. Księcia Witolda in Wrocław, has reached the shell stage and has been topped off. Bulwary Książęce is the first project of the Belgian developer on the Wrocław real estate market.

The seven-storey complex is being developed, between two branches of the river Oder. A total of 175 apartments are to be constructed in the first stage with areas ranging from 27 to 128 sqm. Around 62 pct of the units have already been sold. The apartments have large windows, as well as terraces, balconies or gardens with ceiling heights of either 2.68m or 2.82m. The building will have two levels of underground parking. , 62 pct of which have already been sold. The offer includes two types of apartments: the Comforto superior standard apartment with a height of 2.68m and the Prestige luxury apartments with a height of 2.82m. A convenience street mall is to occupy the space on the ground floor including a passageway with stores, restaurants, and cafés. The design also includes a new city square facing the Pomorski Bridge. BPI Polska is also in negotiations with the city to further develop the road network in the area. CFE Polska is the general contractor. The first stage is to be completed in mid-2018.
