Novo Pruszków to be ready in autumn

Eurobuild CEE 09 August 2017
POLAND Developer Yuniversal Podlaski is completing the construction of the 9,400 sqm Novo Pruszków residential building in Pruszków near Warsaw. The design is by the Bracia Burawscy Architekci studio and the general contractor is Agmar.

The building has 64 apartments with areas ranging from 30 sqm to 105 sqm. The building will ahve underground parking facilities on two levels for 101 vehicles as well as storage space.

“We were dealing with an unusually shaped plot which required a specific approach from us to achieve a cohesive and functional shape for the building, as well as to meet the specifications of the local zoning plans and the investor’s demands,” stated architect Michał Burawski. “We introduced a contrasting and repeating orange element to break up the white and grey that is so popular in architecture. The building from the patio and ul. Akacjowa acquired an irregular shape by due to the balconies and loggias that are accentuated by the colour orange as well as the offsets in the floors forming terraces. The two top floors were separated out with the colour grey, giving the building lightness and improving its proportions. There are six retail outlets on the ground floor with areas ranging from 55 sqm to 114 sqm and a combined area of 510 sqm. The developer expects to be granted an occupancy permit around the end of September this year.
