Tomek graduated from the faculty of modern languages at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where he also started his journalist career in the late 1980s. He has worked in the real estate press since 2005, covering the residential market for ‘Eurobuild CEE’ magazine as well as the new technologies and property management sectors. Sometimes he can be heard on Polish Radio 2, where he reviews the press on the morning programme. At other times he can be seen in the Bieszczady or Beskid Niski mountains, where he enjoys rambling with no fixed purpose or destination in mind.

POLAND Colliers International has been appointed the exclusive agent of Cu Office, two eight storey office buildings under construction in Wrocław. The owner of the 23,500 sqm project is Grupa Buma and the Reino Deweloperski closed investment fund (managed by Reino Partners).

Building A, the construction of which started in May this year, will have nearly 13,000 sqm gla and is to be completed in Q4 2018. Meanwhile the construction of building B with an area of over 10,000 sqm will begin sometime before May 2018 and will take until 2019.

“Cu Office is our premiere development project in Wrocław, which is why it is of such significance for us. We have entrusted its commercialisation to proven partner who are very familiar with the local market,” says Dorota Latkowska-Diniejko, the managing partner at Reino Partners.

“Buma has been operating in the development market of Kraków for many years where we have delivered an office area of 200,000 sqm as well as more than a dozen residential estates. We decided to use our wide experience of working with companies from the modern business services sector to develop our first project outside Kraków, the Cu Office,” says Konrad Dziewoński, the CEO of Grupa Buma.

Cu Office is centrally based with easy access to public transport. The project includes over 500 parking spaces and 130 bike racks. Both buildings will have wide green roof terraces. The design is by Medusa and the development is intended to be BREEAM certified with a minimum rating of ‘Very Good’.
