Fourth Jana Pawła II building topped off

09 August 2017

POLAND A 94 apartment building on the Plac Jana Pawła II estate in Gorzów’s Górczyn district has been topped off.

Budnex plans to complete the building in Q3 2018. “The building that’s been topped off is our fourth development near Plac Jana Pawła II. The building almost closes the square, which means that the urban plan will soon be fully developed,” says Krzysztof Nuckowski, the CEO of Budnex. Around half of the apartments have been sold. The four storey building will have four separate entrances with silent elevators that descend down to the car parking level. Apartments range from 35 sqm to 97 sqm. All the apartments have balconies with areas of up to 14 sqm. The development also includes retail units of 33 sqm to 750 sqm. The third stage of the project is under development nearby with 135 apartments, 70 pct of which have already been sold. Apartments with areas ranging from 48 sqm to 74 sqm remain on sale, while work on the building is to be completed in August this year.
