Green Mokotów grows bigger

POLAND Robyg has been granted a building permit for a further stage of its flagship Green Mokotów project at the junction of ul. Lubaszki and al. Wilanowska in Warsaw.

A total of 91 apartments are to be constructed ranging in size from 44 to 125 sqm. The building is also to include some retail outlets. Work should start in Q3 this year and it will take around one year. Apartments in this stage will be equipped with the Smart House system as a standard. Eventually, the around 747 apartments are to be developed on the estate.
