Two tenants for Mega
MAC in Mega Teply Stan
RUSSIA Noodle House has leased space in the Mega shopping centre in Khimki, while MAC has taken up space in the Mega centre in Moscow’s Tyoply Stan district.

Russia’s first Ikea was opened in Khimki a town outside Moscow, in 2000, after which Mega Khimki soon followed in 2004 becoming the largest retail complex in Russia at that time. Mega Khimki has 175,000 sqm gla with an Ikea store of 33,100 sqm. Auchan leases 24,400 sqm and Obi occupies 18,100 sqm. The 79,200 sqm mall has 221 stores.

New tenants and constant improvements to the centre have significantly increased footfall. In 2011 alone several international brands, including Parfois, Converse, Geowash, McNeal, Six and American Eagle Outfitters chose Mega Khimki as their point of entry on the Russian retail market.

Other retailers include Accessorize, Adidas, American Eagle Outfitters, Auchan, Bath and Body works, Bershka, The Body Shop, Burger King, Converse, C&A, Detsky Mir, Ecco, Esprit, Furla, GAP, H&M, IKEA, Ile de Beaute, Imaginarium, Kinostar, Kira Plastinina, Lacoste, Lady&Gentleman city, Lindex, L’Etoile, Mango, Marella, Marks&Spencer, Massimo Dutti, McDonalds, Mexx, Morgan, Mothercare, M.video, New Yorker, Nike, OBI, Oysho, Promod, Quicksilver, Reima, Rendez-Vous, Reebok, Sportmaster, Starbucks, Stockmann, Tehnopark, The Windzor Knot, T.G.I. Fridays, Victoria’s Secret, Zara and many others.

Mega Teply Stan in Moscow has a footfall of 30 mln visitors a year with 158,000 sqm gla, 210 stores and 22 cafés and restaurants.
