 Savills to manage four building portfolio
Savills will now be responsible for Jungmannova 15 in Prague
CZECH REPUBLIC International real estate advisor Savills has been appointed by Immofinanz to property manage a portfolio of four office buildings in Prague.

The portfolio includes: myhive Pankrác House, Jindrřišská 16, Jungmannova 15 and Airport Business Center. The buildings house over 70 tenants including: OMD Czech, GrECo JLT, Customs Office Prague, and CPL Jobs. The Savills team in charge of the portfolio will be led by Petr Machula, the head of property management at Savills Czech Republic. “Immofinanz is one of the most significant investors in the CEE region and I have worked with them for many years. I am now delighted to continue working with them under the Savills brand,” says Petr Machula. Tim Bretten, the director of European property management at Savills, comments: “We are extremely pleased to see our new team in Prague be appointed to such a significant instruction and I am confident that they will quickly expand the portfolio of managed buildings and establish the Savills property management department as a market leader in the Czech Republic.”
