BNP given Wola mandate

POLAND BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland has revealed that it has received a mandate for the management of the Wronia 31 office and retail building in Warsaw’s Wola district.

The property, which was developed by Ghelamco, has been managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland since July. The 14-storey building comprises 15,150 sqm of office space as well as 850 sqm of retail/services. Its largest tenant, which will occupy over half its total area, will be BNP Paribas Securities Services, which is to move into its new premises at the end of 2017 or in early 2018.
