Skanska makes Key acquisition

Nathan is responsible for the English section of the magazine. Nathan was born in Manchester in the UK and completed a master’s degree in philosophy at the University of London. As well being responsible for editing the English section of ‘Eurobuild CEE’ magazine, he also contributes news from around Central Europe and articles on the investment and industrial markets and on architecture. In his free time he likes playing piano, drawing and cooking.

CZECH REPUBLIC Skanska has bought the Key office project in Pankrác (Prague 4) from ČSAD Praha Holding for an undisclosed sum.
Construction work on the two-stage, 37,000 sqm project between Sdružení and 5. Května is scheduled to begin this year and expected to be completed in early autumn 2019. Landscaping and terracing work is to be carried out between the two buildings as well an upgrade of the walkway below 5. Května. The development is to be LEED ‘Platinum’ and WELL certified.
