POLAND Echo Investment has started the preparation work – the construction of a fence and temporary facilities – on the building site of the first stage of its project on ul. Beethovena in Warsaw’s Służew district.
The construction work is to start this month when a general contractor is to be revealed.

“The official presentation of the project is also scheduled for September, when we will unveil new visualisations and all the details of the road layout around the project,“ reveals Paweł Słupski, the PR coordinator of Echo Investment.

The first stage of the project will involve the construction of 17,800 sqm of office space, which is to be completed in Q3 2019. The developer is also planning the second stage, with 17,400 sqm of office space – which should be built between Q1 2018 and Q4 2019. A residential section with app. 240 apartments and a combined useable and residential area of 12,300 sqm is to be built at the same time.
