Etteplan takes up 2,000 sqm in Business Garden
Eventually, Business Garden Wrocław will consist of nine office and retail buildings
POLAND Industrial engineering company Etteplan has signed a 2,000 sqm lease agreement with Vastint Poland for office space in Business Garden on ul. Legnicka in Wrocław.

The company is planning to consolidate its local offices and open a modern research centre. “The space to be occupied by Etteplan, as well as providing a comfortable work space for the company’s employees, will also house a special research zone. Our buildings make such non-standard projects and floor layouts possible and allow our tenants to create spaces that suit their specific needs,” stated Marek Ulanecki, the leasing manager of Vastint Poland.

“The most important criterion when choosing new office space to house the further development of our company was the possibility of creating modern and professional work stations for our employees, which may be tailored to the requirements of different projects,” said Maciej Sibiński, the managing director of Etteplan Poland.

Eventually, Business Garden Wrocław will consist of nine office and retail buildings with a total leasable area of 117,000 sqm. The buildings are situated in a vast garden with relaxation and work zones, where tenants can rest and practice outdoor sports. The complex will include a number of additional amenities such as a restaurant pavilion, a medical centre and a kindergarten. Business Garden Wrocław is LEED ‘Platinum’ certified and its current tenants include Becton Dickinson, Capgemini, Dolby Laboratories and Ceneo.
