Tomek graduated from the faculty of modern languages at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where he also started his journalist career in the late 1980s. He has worked in the real estate press since 2005, covering the residential market for ‘Eurobuild CEE’ magazine as well as the new technologies and property management sectors. Sometimes he can be heard on Polish Radio 2, where he reviews the press on the morning programme. At other times he can be seen in the Bieszczady or Beskid Niski mountains, where he enjoys rambling with no fixed purpose or destination in mind.

Inpro starts selling Mały Kack flats
POLAND Inpro has started selling the apartments in its Azymut estate in Gdynia’s Mały Kack district.

A total of 193 apartments are available to buyers, with areas ranging from 35 sqm to 96 sqm. Gross prices start at PLN 7,020 per sqm. The project will consist of seven three-, four- and five-storey buildings. The apartments will have balconies, terraces or gardens. The estate will be monitored and partly enclosed. Three car parks are also planned under the buildings as well as cellars and public parking spaces. Pram and bicycle storage rooms are also to be built as well as a playground with exercise equipment. Construction work has already started, with the project to be completed by June 30th, 2019.
