More Rossmann in Atuts
Atut Ruczaj on the Osiedle Europejskie estate will contain 6,800 sqm gla
POLAND The Rossmann drug store chain of chemist shops is to open two new stores in the Atut Ruczaj and Atut Bielany shopping centres in Kraków.

The brand has also decided to enlarge its outlet in Atut Grażyny in the same city. The brand is to occupy an area of app. 450 sqm in each of the centres, which are all under construction “We are pleased that the Rossmann chain recognises the potential of Atut’s shopping centres by adding to their tenant mix. The leasing process of the Atut centres has been progressing, so we are in negotiations with other, well-known retail chains and will soon be announcing more finalised contracts,” reveals Krzysztof Gaczorek, the CEO of KG Group. The Atut centre on ul. Grażyny in Kraków, which is to open in November, will comprise eleven retail, service and food & drink units over a leasable area of 3,500 sqm. The opening of the two other centres, Atut Ruczaj and Atut Bielany, is to take place in mid-2018. Atut Ruczaj on the Osiedle Europejskie estate will contain 6,800 sqm gla, while Atut Bielany on ul. Księcia Józefa will have 3,800 sqm gla. Five centres already operate under the Atut brand, in Sosnowiec, Łódź, Jaworz, Węgrzyce near Kraków and Pruszków. More projects are also planned: Atut Złocień in Kraków and one in Sucha Beskidzka. Atut centres are located in densely populated estates or on main urban traffic routes. BOIG Property Consulting is responsible for the leasing of all Atut’s centres, for the developer, KG Group.
