Vistula and Bytom to merge

POLAND Vistula and Bytom, both of which specialise in men’s tailoring have applied to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection [UOKiK] for approval of their merger.

Vistula is to acquire all the assets of Bytom in exchange for shares. Both companies operate retail chains of both owned and franchised stores and sell suits shirts and formal men’s clothing. Vistula also sells clothing and accessories for women.
