POLAND GLL Real Estate Partners investment fund has appointed Savills as its exclusive leasing agent for the Warsaw office portfolio.

The portfolio of GLL Real Estate Partners includes five buildings in Warsaw with a total leasable area of around 38.000 sqm. Four of these buildings are unique boutique-style prime office properties located in Warsaw’s core city centre: Zaułek Piękna, Liberty Corner and Griffin House are currently fully leased with a very international tenant roster, and Renaissance, has been completely refurbished recently, offering exceptional office and retail space on Plac Zbawiciela. The fifth building, Marynarska Point II, is a flexible state-of-the-art office building, which provides space for a wide range of tenants. Marynarska Point II is located in the Służewiec district. German investment fund management company GLL Real Estate Partners has its headquarters in Munich and was founded in 2000.
