ROMANIA Atenor is to purchase an 11,600 sqm site located in Bucharest and plans to develop a 44,000 sqm office project.

This will be Atenor’s third project in Bucharest after Hermes Business Campus and Dacia One. The three buildings of Hermes Business Campus (72,000 sqm) are now fully leased and discussions are ongoing regarding their disposal, although no sale is expected in 2017. A building permit application for 12,000 sqm together with a renovation permit application will be submitted shortly for the Dacia One project. Permission has already been applied for to begin initial renovation work on the historical building within the development and work is expected to start within the next few weeks.
