Werk invests EUR 2.5 mln in car park
Vox Technology Park under construction, Oct 2017
ROMANIA Werk Property Group will start the construction of a new car park in November for 400 vehicles in the immediate vicinity of its Vox Technology Park in Timișoara. The building will have five levels and will be completed in June 2018 in an investment of EUR 2.5 mln.

Office project Vox Technology Park will have a leasable area of 26,000 sqm and will be delivered in Timișoara in December in an investment of over EUR 30 mln. The project will have a number of unique features, such as the biometric identification to access the building, electric car charging station and bicycle racks and showers for cyclists and future employees, numerous commercial and service spaces, food court and a gym.

The project’s developer, Werk Property Group, is part of the Werk group of companies, which developed over 800 apartments and tens of thousands of logistic, hotel and office spaces in Timișoara.

The new parking spaces will add to the 280 existing in the underground car park of Vox Technology Park.

“Recently we’ve launched a programme, Vox Your StartUp, through which we are supporting start-ups from Timișoara - the best project will receive free office space in Vox Technology Park,” said Virgil Tornoreanu, managing partner Werk Property Group.

Vox Technology Park will offer spaces up to 3,500 sqm per floor, the largest floor space available in Timișoara, according to the developer. It will have a terrace on the top floor.
