Style from Neinver to Prague
CZECH REPUBLIC Prague The Style Outlets, which will be the largest outlet centre in the Czech Republic, will be open on April 26th 2018.

The investor behind the project is Spanish developer Neinver, which is the second-largest outlet centre operator in Europe and the largest in Spain and Poland. Prague The Style Outlets is a joint development between The Prague Outlet and Neinver.

The first phase have almost 20,000 sqm gla with 115 units and 2,400 parking spaces. Phase II will increase the total space to 30,000 sqm gla and 190 units. Prague The Style Outlets will offer services and amenities such as a playground, free Wi-Fi, lounges, and VAT refunds. “The centre will introduce the Czech Republic and its retail-savvy shoppers to the unique The Style Outlets experience. The attractive, welcoming environment and a complete offer of value-added services for customers will round out the centre’s commercial mix,” said Sebastian Sommer, Neinver’s business development director. When complete, the centre, which involved an investment of over EUR 70 mln, should generate about 600 to 700 direct jobs and Neinver intends to hold a job fair in advance of the opening.

The company also has other projects in the pipeline including expansion into the Netherlands through a new development in Amsterdam and an agreement with Carrefour Polska to manage the Metropolitan Outlet centre in Bydgoszcz, in the north of Poland.
