RUSSIA Etalon Group has launched apartment sales of the Botanica residential project on Aptekarskiy Prospekt, close to the Komarov Botanical Garden in St Petersburg.

The complex is to consist of two buildings that are eight and nine storeys high with 356 apartments in total and a planned net saleable area of 47,000 sqm, including 28,000 sqm of residential space. It will also have commercial premises and a car park for 363 vehicles. The proejct is to be completed in December 2019.

“Botanica in St Petersburg, together with the Silver Fountain project in Moscow, mark an important milestone in the strategic development of Etalon Group as it expands its portfolio to include up-market business class projects with distinctive architectural designs and unique apartment layouts for customers,” states the company’s offical announcement.
