Lords invests in parking company
City Parking Group manages car parks in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia
LITHUANIA Lords LB Asset Management has acquired City Parking Group, a Polish-based manager of parking spaces.

The Energy and Infrastructure SME Fund, managed by Lords LB Asset Management announced that it has acquired 100 pct. of shares of City Parking Group from Royalton Capital Investors II, a private equity fund.

This is the first investment in Poland by the fund. The sale of City Parking Group also represents Royalton’s first sale of one of the six investment assets held by the fund. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.

City Parking Group manages car parks in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company provides services in over 90 locations with a total of over 165,000 parking places both on- and off-street.
