The building is the first large-scale, privately owned, purpose-built student residence in Hungary
HUNGARY BNP Paribas Real Estate Hungary has won the tender process to manage the Milestone student residence in Budapest.

The building of around 15.000 sqm is the first large-scale, privately owned, purpose-built student residence in Hungary, with 1.000 sqm of retail and with over 400 single bed en-suite rooms.

“We are very pleased that Forestay Development has entrusted us with the management of this unique property. Over 25 years of local property management gives us the experience needed to manage the Milestone Budapest student residence to the high standards that meet the needs of the client. Winning this assignment is in line with one of our strategic goal offurther increasing and diversifying our Budapest portfolio,” said Henrik Favari, the CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Hungary.
