POLAND Echo Investment is preparing for the construction of a residential estate on ul. Taśmowa in Warsaw’s Służewiec district.

The estate, which is to be called Reset, is to be located on a site where the developer had originally planned to build a 50,000 sqm office complex. The launch of the construction work is to take place this month. The first stage of the project will involve the construction of 164 apartments with 247 to follow in the second phase. Recreational, social and sports areas are to be provided as well as a social garden. APA Wojciechowski Architekci is responsible for the design of the estate.
