POLAND Real Estate Management Sukcesja (REM Sukcesja) has taken over the management of the Sukcesja shopping centre in Łódź from Mayland Real Estate.
The responsibilities of the new manager include the supervision of the entire functioning and development of the mall. The president of the newly-established company is Wojciech Papierak, the former president of the PHN group, where he was responsible for the restructuring and commercialisation of subsidiaries the company. REM Sukcesja is owned by Olimpus Investment, which is headed by Krzysztof Apsostolidis, the owner of Fabryka Biznesu – the developer of the centre.

Sukcesja was completed in 2015 and has a useable area of 128,000 sqm including app. 45,000 sqm of leasable space with app. 160 outlets. Tenants include H&M Home, A Tab, IDream, Fashion Corner, a Vapiano restaurant, Ovs Kids, Sosa Store, Starbucks and a Helios cinema. Mirbud, the general contractor that built the mall, has recently petitioned for the bankruptcy of Fabryka Biznesu.
