Platinium business park offers about 58,200 sqm

POLAND Platinium 3 office building at the junction of ul. Wołoska and ul. Domaniewska in Warsaw, has been awarded a LEED ‘Gold’ certificate.

“Platinium Business Park is the very first existing office complex in Poland to be certified under the LEED Campus system, under which all the procedures have been standardised for the whole area and all buildings, thus ensuring a coherent, pro-ecological property management strategy. Among the features of Platinium 3 that were appreciated by the LEED certifiers for existing buildings were the ecological, user-friendly land development, its energy efficiency and low water consumption, care for user health and comfort with surveys and satisfaction questionnaires as well as a full check of the ventilation system,” says Andrzej Gutowski, the senior associate for green building certification at Colliers International, which conducted the certification process.

Platinium 3 is one out of five A‑class office buildings that form the Platinium business park. The seven storey building has 11,500 sqm of space. Overall Platinium business park offers about 58,200 sqm allowing flexible floor arrangement and a comfortable environment for tenants. The building is owned by a fund managed by Allianz Real Estate.
