Bulwary reaches shell stage
175 apartments are being built in the first stage of Bpi Polska's estate in Wrocław
POLAND The construction of the first stage of the Bulwary Książęce residential estate at ul. Księcia Witolda 11 in Wrocław has now reached its shell stage.
The complex will consist of a residential section and a retail/services section located in a passageway.

“The construction of the first stage of the project is now about 75 pct complete and the assembly of electrical and sanitary installations in the building is 70 pct complete,” reveals Wojciech Frelek, a project manager at Bpi Polska, the developer of the project. “On reaching this stage we will be continuing the assembly and finishing work inside the building, such as the woodwork and aluminium joinery as well as the internal doors. Floor tiles are already being laid in the corridors and staircases. We are also starting to heat the entire facility. Balcony balustrades, fibre-cement boards and Boa Diamante ceramic tiles are being installed on the façade of the building, which will change colour according to the intensity of the light, the colour of the sky and the movement of the nearby river Odra,” adds Wojciech Frelek.

The first stage involves the construction of 175 apartments, to be completed in mid-2018. Bpi Polska has also received a permit for the construction of the second phase, which will add 177 flats to the complex.
