Alfa has 37,000 sqm gla
POLAND NEPI Rockcastle have bought the Alfa Centrum shopping centre in Białystok from A-JWK Management for EUR 92.3 mln.

The centre has a gla of 37,000 sqm and is (according to NEPI Rockcastle) the largest, most dominant fashion destination in Białystok, a city with a population of around 290,000 people. The three-level mall was opened in 2008 and has 150 retail units including key tenants such as C&A, CCC, Euro RTV AGD, H&M, Helios Cinema, Inditex brands (Zara, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Oysho, Zara Home), LPP brands (Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, Sinsay, Home & You) and a Piotr i Paweł supermarket. Average tenant turnover grew by over 10 pct and footfall increased by over 7 pct to 5.5 million over the previous twelve months. Planned future asset management initiatives by NEPI Rockcastle include improvements to the food court, the leisure and entertainment offering and tenant diversity.
