Murapol moves into Służewiec
Atrium Służewiec is to be developed in two stages
POLAND Murapol has put 317 apartments on the market in the first stage of its Murapol Atrium Służewiec project, which is to be developed at the junction of ul. Cybernetyki and ul. Komputerowa in Warsaw.

The eight storey building will have apartments which range from one to five rooms with sizes from 26 sqm to 100 sqm. The building will include an underground car park with 233 parking spaces and eventually the project will include an internal green courtyard with a playground. On completion of the second stage, 500 apartments are to be build with a combined useable area of almost 25,000 sqm. The planned handover of apartments is at the end of 2019. Site preparation work should begin in December “Murapol Atrium Służewiec is our first project in Mokotów, which is one of the most popular residential districts in Warsaw and has been ranked as one of the friendliest districts in the capital for many years. We expect a lot of demand for the apartments in the project which is why as well apartments of the most popular sizes we are also preparing units of four and five rooms with areas of over 70 sqm,” says Michał Sapota, the president of the board of Murapol.
