Pradera creates Homepark
The retail park in Janki has a new logo
POLAND Pradera is rebranding the retail parks it purchased from Ikea Centers to Homepark.

The Polish parks (which are in the districts of Targówek in Warsaw, Franowo in Poznań and Rawa in Katowice as well as in the town of Janki near Warsaw) will also have a new logo and new websites. The rebranding is also being accompanied by an advertising campaign. “Homepark will be a place to shop for those who care for their homes and their surroundings and will present furnishings for living spaces that are practical, comfortable and casual. Homepark brings together specialist and popular brands that offer a wide range of products for the design, and decoration of a home. It represents a retail park with a unique tenant mix that not only offers a wide range of interior design products, but also a reasonable selection of grocery and catering services, as well as audio-visual equipment and fashion,” claims Agata Brzezińska, the head of the CEE region at Pradera. The entire 17 centre portfolio, which also includes centres in Germany and France, is to be rebranded. Pradera and BNP Paribas Real Estate, which manages the centres, have announced that further changes are to be introduced to the centres to increase their value and their attractiveness to shoppers and tenants.
