The ‘Pimp my office’ service will comprehensively redesign a workplace within a few weeks improving both the functioning and image of the office. According to Mikomax Smart Office and ABSL, 58 pct of people aged 26-35 and 71 pct people aged 36-75 consider the organisation and appearance of an office to be important. Employers and employees alike regard the quality of office space as important, but many companies make no changes for fear of costs and logistics problems, such as the temporary closure space. The ‘Pimp my office’ service makes it possible to reach maximum effect with a limited budget and a short construction period, which include nights. “A change is needed when an office is not well perceived by potential new hires or employees complain about a lack of comfort,” says Zuzanna Mikołajczyk, a member of the board at Mikomax Smart Office. “The redesign work may take as little as six months and the entire process, including the analysis of the specific space and the development of the design – eight months,” she explains. “The rejuvenation service is not only for tenants but also building owners,” adds Zuzanna Wiak, the marketing & development manager from Xplan. “As part of the service we include a comprehensive design and the construction work. The service is available in Warsaw, TriCity, Kraków, Łódź and Katowice,” she adds.
