The Eurobuild Awards are not only awarded by the members of a jury. The winning projects from five categories were also chosen by their tenants. And here is their verdicts:

Adgar Park West (developer: Adgar Poland, owner: Deutsche Asset Management) was chosen as the Office of the Year. Tryton Business House and the Warsaw Financial Center were also among the top three.

For the Office Manager of the Year the tenants handed the award to joint winners: Magdalena Filipczak (senior property manager) and Agnieszka Krzekotowska (clients relationship director) who both work for Colliers International and together manage the Warsaw Financial Center.

In the opinions of the tenants the title of Shopping Centre of the Year was earned by Korona in Kielce. Magnolia Park in Wrocław and Riviera in Gdynia were also highly regarded by their tenants.

The Shopping Centre Manager of the year turned out to be the director of Arkadia in Warsaw, Filip Kryłowicz from Unibail-Rodamco.

For the warehouse sector, Logistic Park Warsaw Nadarzyn Segro owned by Segro garnered the most votes as the Warehouse of the Year.

This company also has the best manager with Cezary Pawłowski being awarded Warehouse Manager of the Year.

The tenants were surveyed from August to September 2017 through face-to-face, telephone and online interviews. The tenants of 52 office buildings were questioned as well as 28 shopping centres and 19 warehouse buildings throughout Poland. Millward Brown was in charge of conducting the research.
