City Link comes to Warsaw
The smallest module is 400 sqm
POLAND The City Link multifunctional business centre with retail, exhibition, office and warehouse space is to be developed soon on al. Krakowska in Warsaw.

Sepia Investment Management is developing the concept mainly for online retailers. Many Polish online retailers are small to medium-size companies which need smaller, but well located areas to deliver goods to clients in the shortest possible time. The minimal rented module will have an area of 400 sqm. Sepia Investment Management is also planning such parks in Wrocław and Katowice. “Poland has become a leader in terms of its rate of growth and the fifth largest e-commerce market in the European Union, on the heels of such giants as Great Britain, Germany, France and Italy,” says Artur Braniec, the investment and lease director at Sepia IM. “This creates huge possibilities but also challenges, one of which is providing the e-commerce industry with suitable areas for doing business,” he adds.
