Crane goes up for Spinnaker
The crane on the site on ul. Prosta and ul. Towarowa
POLAND A giant crane has been assembled on the plot in central Warsaw where Ghelamco is developing an app. 200m tower.
The ground work (including excavations and the diaphragm walls), which is being carried out by Keller, is already underway on the site at the junction of ul. Prosta and ul. Towarowa. The developer has still to comment on the precise activity taking place on the project, which has been given the working name Spinnaker. We have managed to establish that the company is applying for a BREEAM International New Construction 2013 certificate for the skyscraper, which is to have a total area of 55,000 sqm.
