ESTONIA The Orbis hotel group, which is the exclusive licensor of AccorHotels’ brands in the CEE region, is to open its first hotel in Estonia.
Ibis Tallinn Centre is to be opened in mid-2019 and will be managed by Orbis, while the owner and investor of the hotel project is Hausers Group. Ibis is AccorHotels’ budget brand and has more than 1,000 hotels in 65 countries.

“Preparations for the launch of the construction work are in progress,” revealed Janno Parik, a board member of Hausers Group.

Developer and general contractor Hausers Group has built more than 1,000 luxury apartments and other residential projects. It operates in Estonia and the other Baltic states.
