POLAND The Nuvalu Polish consulting company is opening a department which will specialize in retail property.
Piotr Wasilewski is to lead the department. “The opening of a new department results from the continuous development of Nuvalu Polska. Every year our offer becomes more and more comprehensive. This decision is a response to the needs of our clients, who have declared their willingness to cooperate with us in terms of the commercialization of retail properties. We render top standard services and we employ professionals. That is why we decided to cooperate with Piotr, who will contribute his long-term experience in the industry to the team,” says Bartosz Kozieł, member of the board at Nuvalu Polska. Piotr Wasilewski has over sixteen years in the commercial real estate industry. For eight years he was in charge of the team of retail team in the Polish branch of DTZ, where he cooperated with a lot of Polish and international developers and funds. Over the last few years he developed his competences by cooperating directly with a lot of active developers of shopping centres, where apart from lease he had opportunities to actively participate in a lot of development processes concerning the Katharsis Development, Galeria Wołomin and N-Park in Piaseczno projects, among others. Piotr Wasilewski specializes in location selection processes as well as the creation of the optimal concept based on budgeting and market analysis. He participated in the assumption development for a lot of shopping centres in Poland such as: Galeria Północna in Warsaw, Millenium Hall in Rzeszów. He co-created the redevelopment c concept of existing malls such as: CH Ogrody in Elbląg, CH Bemowo in Warsaw and King Cross Marcelin in Poznań. He took part in the process of leasing of a lot of facilities including: Manufaktura in Łódź, the portfolio of Plaza Centers in Poland and Maximus in Nadarzyn. He advised on purchase and sales transactions regarding: Galeria Kazimierz in Kraków, Galeria Wołomin and Galeria Leszno. “I am glad that I can co-create Nuvalu Polska and have an active influence on the development of the company. Our current and future clients will be able to use the team’s great experience. Our goal is setting new quality standards of the services rendered based on broad competences and familiarity with the market,” declares Piotr Wasilewski.
