POLAND SpaceFactory is to construct an office building for online bathroom fittings store Lazienkaplus.pl. The building will be located in the MLP Poznań logistics centre.
The project has been started due to a lease of 3,500 sqm in the warehouse park, which as well as the new office building also include warehousing. The office building should be completed in March 2018.
“We are satisfied with the new project, which will involve the delivery of modern office space for MLP – one of the leading warehouse developers in Poland. Even though SpaceFactory has an extensive portfolio of similar developments, this is our first project to be carried out in cooperation with MLP. We hope that it is the beginning of a long-term business relationship,” commented Tomasz Mądry, the project management director at SpaceFactory.
MLP Poznań is located in Koninko, near the S11 expressway between Poznań and Katowice. The 19 ha complex will eventually comprise a warehouse and production area of 86,000 sqm.
