Next stages of Panoramika for Mostostal

In the fourth stage the general contractor is build and acquire the final occupancy permit for a building including an underground car park and some ground-level parking spaces, necessary access paths and roads as well as auxiliary infrastructure. The work is to be launched in November and it will last until November 2019, the contractor’s net remuneration will amount to PLN 15.45 mln. A similar building will be constructed in the fifth stage, its construction is to start at the beginning of 2018 and it will last until July 2020, the contractor is to cash in a net amount of PLN 27.23 mln for the construction work. Both buildings will include 282 apartments with a total useable and residential area of 14,600 sqm. Earlier Mostostal Warszawa executed the third stage of the estate for the developer – a facility including 122 apartments.
