Skanska sells part of Generation Park
Citi Service Center Poland occupies about 90 percent of the building

POLAND Skanska has sold the first office building of Generation Park in Warsaw to Hansainvest Real Assets for EUR 83 mln.

The transfer of the 21,000 sqm building, which was completed in November, is expected to take place late in the first quarter 2018. Citi Service Center Poland occupies about 90 percent of the building, which is now almost fully leased. Generation Park will be Skanska’s largest office development in Central and Eastern Europe. The complex will comprise of three office buildings with total leasable area of around 84,000 sqm. The project is expected to receive LEED Platinum certification. The highest building, a 34-storey tower, will reach 140 m (180 m including the spire). The complex will also be independently certified as a “Building without barriers” for its accessible design (inclusive for people with disabilities). The transaction will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Europe in the fourth quarter 2017.
