Panattoni Park Warsaw, in Konotopa near Warsaw, was sold for EUR 32,4 mln to Shipston

POLAND Panattoni and Marvipol Logistics have agreed to build a warehouse near Warsaw for Panattoni Development Europe.

The parties will operate through their joint-venture company PDC Industrial Center 81. The companies also signed a letter of intent for two more joint enterprises, one of which is also to be located near Warsaw and the other one – in West Pomerania Province. Marvipol Logistics will provide PDC Industrial Center 81 with a loan to co-finance the investment in Warsaw, including the purchase of the plot. The project will involve the construction of app. 40,000 sqm gla, the construction of which is to finish in June 2018. “The project near Warsaw will be the sixth joint enterprise of Marvipol Development and Panattoni. The first of the parks, in Konotopa near Warsaw, was sold with an attractive profit in Q3 this year,” commented Mariusz Książek, president of Marvipol Development. “Subsequent projects, in the Grodzisk Mazowiecki administrative district, in Silesian conurbation, near Kraków and in Łódź region, are completed or nearing completion. We have been intensely working on the launch of subsequent joint enterprises, the effects of which are letters of intent signed today” he added.
