Platinium turned into gold
Platinium Business Park offers 58,400 sqm of leasable spac

POLAND The fifth building of the Platinium Business Park on ul. Domaniewska in Warsaw’s Mokotów district has been LEED certified at the ‘Gold’ level.

As a result all five buildings of the complex have now been certified. The procedure was conducted by Colliers International. “We are pleased to complete the LEED certification process, which shows our commitment to sustainability, tenant loyalty and the improvement of the environmental footprint,” says Meike Feistkorn, a senior asset manager at Allianz Real Estate Germany.

The certification process started in 2016. Within one year Platinium 1, 2, 3, 4 have received certificates, with Platinium Business Park 5 having been certified during construction as a core-and-shell project. According to Colliers International, Platinium Business Park, with four EBOM (Existing Building Operations and Maintenance) certificates, is the first existing office complex in Poland to be certified under the LEED Campus programme for multiple buildings on a single site. For this certificate the procedures are standardised to ensure a coherent, pro-ecological property management strategy.

Platinium Business Park, which is owned by Allianz and managed by Allianz Real Estate Germany, consists of five class ‘A’ office buildings comprising a total of 58,400 sqm of leasable space.
