Rafał Ostrowski has over 17 years’ experience as a journalist. Before joining ‘Eurobuild CEE’ five years ago, he wrote for Wydawnictwo Murator and Shopping Centre Magazine, as well as for retailnet.pl. He has also written for many newspapers and magazines as a freelancer and prepared photo-reportages. Rafał graduated from the University of Warsaw in philosophy. He also completed postgraduate studies in text editing. For ‘Eurobuild CEE’ he covers most real estate sectors, including logistics, construction, office, residential and retail. He is also in charge of the film direction for Eurobuild TV.

POLAND In the Q4 2017, Ronson Development handed over the keys to 340 apartments, a rise of 25 pct y-o-y.

The is the best result of quarterly deliveries in the company’s history. “340 deliveries in the fourth quarter of 2017 is a record for our company achieved by Ronson’s highly experienced team in all four cities. Previously, our best quarterly result was 299 units. This past quarter’s results were driven mainly by the strong sale in the following projects: City Link in Warsaw, where we delivered 213 apartments, as well as Vitalia in Wrocław and Młody Grunwald in Poznań, where we delivered 59 and 43 units, respectively,” said Nir Netzer, the CEO of Ronson Development.

Throughout 2017, the company delivered 832 apartments (up. 7 pct y-o-y), which is another record for the company.

“In terms of new contracts, we have reached our sales goal for 2017 of over 800 units. We closed the year with 815 units sold, including 170 units sold in the fourth quarter alone,” said Andrzej Gutowski, head of sales and marketing at Ronson Development.
