HUNGARY Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager of the Váci Greens D office building, which is being developed by Atenor on Váci út in Budapest.

The building offering 14,145 sqm of office space and 1,502 sqm of retail is to be completed this month. It will also have an underground car park for 260 vehicles. The building is 50 pct leased.

“We are confident that Cushman & Wakefield is the right professional choice for the property management tasks and they will seamlessly integrate into the vivid life of the Váci Greens complex,” said Zoltán Borbély, CEO at Atenor. Last November, Atenor announced signing a sale contract of Váci Greens D to an undisclosed Hungarian fund. The deal was to be finalised on the completion of the construction.
