Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre opens

POLAND IHG has opened the Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre hotel at the junction of ul. Żelazna,ul. Złota and ul. Twarda.

The building’s shape is inspired by New York Flatiron at 175 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. It features 256 rooms and an open lobby combining the front desk, restaurant, bar, lounge area and business centre into one open, cohesive space. The all-day dining menu and 24/7 coffee shop is to give guests and locals the flexibility to dine and work at any time of the day and stay connected with Wi-Fi. There is also an 80 sqm conference room and three smaller rooms, each size of 30 sqm which can accommodate up to 130 people. The hotel built and managed by UBM Polska is owned by Union Investment’s open fund UniImmo: Deutschland.

“We are in the perfect location for both business and leisure guests with access to surrounding areas such as Warsaw Old Town, which is a bustling tourism hub with historic architecture and medieval buildings,” said Marek Kaszewski, the hotel’s general manager.

Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre is the sixth hotel of the Holiday Inn brand in Poland. The chain also includes Holiday Inn Warsaw Józefów, Holiday Inn Łódź, Holiday Inn Kraków City Centre, Holiday Inn Bydgoszcz and Holiday Inn Dąbrowa Górnicza. IHG has also one hotel of the Holiday Inn Express brand near the Warsaw Airport.
