POLAND The Polska Bezgotówkowa foundation has leased 265 sqm of the Centrum Królewska office building in Warsaw city centre.
The foundation was set up in mid-2017 by banks, payment organisations and public institutions with the aim of increasing the volume of non-cash transactions in Poland and expanding the payment terminal network. For the lease transaction Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Rezydent group, while the tenant was advised by Kancelaria Brochocki. Centrum Królewska has around 7,000 sqm of class ‘A’ office space.
