Es-System lights up chocolate factory
The factory is now wholly illuminated with LEDs
POLAND Polish company Es-System has installed the lighting a new production plant of Wawel in Dobczyce.

By using LED lighting throughout the Wawel chocolate factory, electricity consumption will be reduced by around 40 pct. This is not the first lighting project the company has undertaken for Wawel over the last few years. “Es-System’s job was to introduce modern systems which would improve the efficiency of the plant and the security of the Wawel staff in Dobczyce. By applying various technologies such as lighting systems, and emergency evacuation fittings we have managed to create optimal working conditions,” says Rafał Gawrylak, the president of Es-System. Five separate lighting systems have been installed in the plant: Cosmo LED, Moderna, Canos, Prima and S4990 LED. The area outside has been lit with the Racer and Guell street lighting systems. The control system can be used to program the working cycle of each fitting and will report any malfunctions. Es-System has also equipped the factory with emergency and evacuation lighting.
