Vector+ arises

Eurobuild CEE 02 February 2018
Vector+ arises
Eventually the building will have 14 floors
POLAND Work is in progress on the 13,500 sqm Vector+ office building, which is being developed by City Level at the corner of ul. Prymasa Tysiąclecia and ul. Obozowa in Warsaw.

“The completion of the first floor took two weeks, which means that the work is on schedule in spite of the winter weather getting worse. We’ve already got the most difficult, underground stage behind us and Vector+ is rising higher every day,” says Paweł Bujski, the president of the board of City Level. The structural work will be completed when the building reaches a height of 14 floors and 54m by around the end of June. The building is to be opened in Q1 2019. The development will consist of two towers with a three-level underground car park with nearly 200 parking spaces. The facility will offer an office, retail and recreational area of 13,500 sqm. City Level us affiliated with Profbud group. Colliers International is responsible for the commercialisation and the design is by JSK Architekci.
